李琦 教授

重庆医科大学附属第一医院,神经内科主任医师,教授,博士生导师。现任中国卒中学会第二届青年理事会常务理事、中国卒中学会医疗质量管理与促进分会第二届委员会委员、中华医学会神经病学分会第八届委员会神经影像协作组委员、中华全国青年联合会第十三届委员会委员。

入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划(万人计划)青年拔尖人才、重庆市杰青、重庆市青年拔尖人才、中国科协青年人才托举工程等;在Lancet、Annals of Neurology、Neurology、Radiology、Stroke、JNNP等杂志发表SCI论文100余篇;主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、国自然面上项目等科研项目10余项,累计经费971万元;获得重庆市科技进步二等奖1项(第一完成人),省部级科技进步一等奖4项,授权专利5项;获得美国神经病学会国际学者奖、中国杰出神经内科医师-青年医师奖等荣誉。

研究方向

长期致力于脑血管疾病及神经影像学研究,提出并命名了混合征、黑洞征、李琦岛征三个平扫CT征象预测脑出血早期血肿扩大,被哈佛大学等学者验证并广泛应用于临床,写入美国医学院教学资料;在国际上首次提出并命名罕见脑血管疾病“椎动脉压迫综合征”(Vertebral artery compression syndrome);提出脑出血超早期治疗时间窗概念,并证明超早期治疗能够改善患者预后。3篇文章被F1000收录和推荐,研究成果写入10部国内外指南并成为脑出血CT影像学国际标准。
